Our parents and grandparents were never wrong when they ask us to eat more of green vegetables. Eating fresh vegetables is the simplest choices to improve overall health gradually. Done with the shopping don’t forget to wash the vegetables thoroughly and it becomes more important when it is about leafy vegetables. Soak them in salt water for few minutes and then rinse properly. This way, you can ensure them free from dirt and sand.
