In India, we have always been restricted when it comes to food options. We have a fixed menu which keeps rotating every week.

Some people are habituated with this monotonous routine while some people need variety!

Our meals are dominant with carbohydrates which makes us more prone to cardiovascular diseases.

We can’t just let the world be drifted towards such issues. We need to do something about it.

This article has few breakfast options which can help you in giving a healthy variety to your monotonous lifestyle!

  • Pep up with- carrot cake bowl!

                      

 

Name of the ingredient Quantity
Homemade carrot juice 150 ml
Dates (Seedless)  1 cup
Vanilla Essence  2 tbsp.
Bananas  2 whole.
Shredded coconut  ½ cup
Walnuts  6 whole walnuts
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

 

  • Blend banana, carrot juice, seedless dates, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder together.
  • Once the blend is prepared, top it up with walnuts and shredded coconut.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Mango boost with a pinch of pineapple!

Coconut water 150 ml
Dates (Seedless)  1 cup
Mangoes  2 whole.
Bananas  2 whole.
Shredded coconut  ½ cup
Pineapple  5 slices
Kiwi 2-3 slices

 

  • Blend mango, banana, coconut water and pineapple to prepare the smoothie.
  • Once the blend is prepared, top it up with few slices of mango, seedless dates, shredded coconut and few slices of kiwi.
  • Serve chilled!
  • Chocolatey- peanut wonders!

Almond Milk 150 ml
Peanut butter  ½ cup
Raw cocoa powder  1 tbsp.
Vanilla Extract  1 tsp
Maple syrup/ Honey  2 tbsp.
Banana  1 whole
Walnuts  3 whole
Muesli   ½ cup

 

  • Blend almond milk, peanut butter, raw cocoa powder, vanilla extract, banana and honey.
  • Once the blend is prepared, top it up with walnuts and muesli.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Peach blast!

Coconut water 150 ml
Pineapple 5 slices
Banana 2 whole
Peach     ½
Maple syrup/ Honey  2 tbsp.
Blackberries  ½ cup
Sunflower seeds  2 tbsp.
Muesli   ½ cup

 

  • Blend coconut water, pineapple, banana and honey together until smooth.
  • Once the blend is prepared, top it up with peach, blackberries, sunflower seeds, muesli and add honey if you want.
  • Mixed fruit smoothie bowl!

Mangoes 1 whole
Grapes 1 cup
Banana 2 whole
Pomegranate  ½ cup
Maple syrup/ Honey  2 tbsp.
Pumpkin seeds  2 tbsp.
Yogurt  ½ cup

 

  • Blend all the fruits together with yogurt and add honey to it.
  • Once the blend is prepared, top it up with pumpkin seeds and slices of fruits.
  • Serve chilled!
