FLAT BELLY DIET PLAN – LOSE UPTO 10 KG IN 10 DAYS/ LOSE 3 INCHES OF YOUR WAISTLINE IN 10 DAYS

This diet plan has attractive result and this diet plan will not only help you to reduce weight but will also help you to reduce your inches in your waistline and to get flatter belly. This plan will also help you to maintain weight if you already lose your excess fat from your body and this is not it; this diet plan will help you to reduce minimum 3 inches of your waist size or up to 10 kilos in 10 days depending on your body types. I will mention meals with time as it is very necessary to take each meal on time otherwise it will become so tough for you to lose weight with irregular time, So let’s start with wonderful diet plan;

1.BREAKFAST

  • Start your day with one glass of warm water with quarter lemon juice and soaked chia seeds. And then, after 30 minutes have your high protein breakfast between 7:30 am – 9:30 am which will include soya – nugget salad, a glass of flat belly detox drink and one cup of green tea without sugar/honey.

A higher protein diet can help you to maintain a healthy weight, slows the empting food from your stomach and helps to maintain blood sugar level so you do not feel hungry soon, it also reduces muscles loss, enhance recovery and build lean muscle.

This recipe is for two servings, so you can store one bowl for next day. To make soya nugget salad; take a cup of soya nugget or soya chunks and boil it until it become soft. Squeeze the excess water from it, next; add one sliced onion and two sliced tomatoes and freshly finely chopped cilantro or coriander leaves. After that add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, half teaspoon of roasted crushed black pepper, one lemon juice and half teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and give it a quick mix by your hand or spoon and in the end sprinkle some more chopped coriander or cilantro leaves and have this super weight loss soya nugget salad with a glass of flat belly detox drink.

Soya chunks are a low cost high nutrition food and contain lots of fibre with up to 70 percents of soya proteins. Olive oil turns on your metabolism and helps you to burn more fats. Its aroma also gives us feel of fuller for the longer time.

2.POST – BREAKFAST

In the post – breakfast between 10:30am – 11: 30 pm take water rich fruit like an apple or a pear or an orange or a bowl of papaya or watermelon or cantaloupe etc and a cup of green tea without sugar/honey.

Above fruits contain high percent of water and helps to stay hydrated and curbs hunger. These fruits are full of vitamins and minerals and help in detoxification of your body. Green tea is the healthiest beverage and helps you to lose fat around your abdominal area as it has EGCG called Epigallocatechin gallate which helps to boost your metabolism. It is high in antioxidants and caffeine which lead to fat burning.

3.LUNCH

In the lunch between 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm have one chicken breast with the mushrooms, one tomato and one full glass of flat belly detox drink.

Take 1 skin less chicken breast, and then add 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper powder, sprinkle Himalayan pink salt and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Rub all the ingredients over the chicken breast and cook it on a hot non stick pan. You can add your choice of seasoning like chilli flakes, oregano, lemon juice etc and then add sliced mushrooms. Cook it until it become tender. You can even boiled it and take it with boiled veggies if you feel bore by eating same recipe every day. Serve it with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and sliced cucumber.

Mushrooms are low in fat and sodium but it contains protein and full of fibre and well known to cut belly fat. Chicken breast is a jackpot of protein and low in calories, so it helps in rapid weight loss and without skin and spices helps you to eat few calories and even burn extra calories for effective weight loss.

4.EVENING SNACKS

In the evening between 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm have one glass of flat belly detox drink, 4 soaked almonds and 4 soaked walnut and one bowl of papaya or grape fruit or pineapple or guava. You can switch your fruit with 2 hard boiled eggs or 2 poached eggs depending upon your mood and after 5-10 mins take a cup of green tea without sugar/honey.

Papaya is all a rounder fruit as it contains vitamins, iron, calcium and also few enzymes. It helps in the digestive system, detoxifying the body and burn fat. Hard boiled eggs make a quick snack and high in protein and good fats.

5.DINNER

Here comes the last meal of the day that id dinner between 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. For dinner have green lentil soup or kidney beans soup or even tomato soup with one glass of flat belly detox drink. I will share green lentil and kidney beans soup as they are the most nutritious lentils of the all.

Take a pressure cooker and add green lentils or red kidney beans along with one roughly chopped tomatoes and onion and along with few green chillies, garlic cloves and a small piece of ginger. Add enough water and pressure them until lentils or kidney beans become soft. Once done, turn off the heat and let them cool for sometimes and then blend it in food processor until you get a smooth consistency. Now season it with lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, chopped cilantro or coriander leaves and crushed black pepper as per your taste and mix well. If it becomes thick then add water as per your choice. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.

Garlic is low in calories and boosts your metabolism and eliminates fats from the cells. Green chillies have appetite of suppressing properties which burn the calories and helps in digestion. Lentils are beneficial part of weight loss diet. Since the high fibre contain lentils can stabilize blood sugar level and cholesterol. It keeps your arteries clean due to which it reduces the risk of heart disease as well as heart stroke.
