Drop in heart rate: The parasympathetic nervous system involved in relaxing us by slowing our metabolism becomes active at night and therefore our metabolism slows down that reflects a drop in heart beat during the night.

Heart Attack: Men and Women show different symptoms associated with heart attack, while in women nausea, indigestion and shoulder aches are observed, men, on the other hand, reflects the chest pain.
