You should not do high intensity cardio exercises like jogging which might worsen your adrenal fatigue. These activities puts a lot of pressure on the adrenal glands to burn out but because of adrenal fatigue they are already burnt so it is better to avoid doing these activities. The activities which will help you during adrenal fatigue is walking, tai chi and other relaxing activities which doesn’t stress your adrenal glands.
Nutrition if you have adrenal fatigue :
Which is one such food which should be minimized if you have adrenal fatigue? Fruits. During adrenal fatigue, there is a imbalance of sodium and potassium and fruits which are high in potassium and low in sodium will aggravate the symptoms. Food sensitivities are very common if you have adrenal fatigue so be in tuned to figure out if there is any discomfort.
Supplements if you have adrenal fatigue :
B complex, vitamin C, magnesium, omega 3 supplements are must for someone who has adrenal fatigue. It helps in faster recovery and helps in keeping the person a little fresh and get going.
