Everyone needs an acne and pimple free skin, no one wants’ that acne present on skin. Since this pimples and acne vanishes one’s confidence level, gives a dull look and makes one look ugly. This acne is not a serious health issue but we need to pay good attention on face care tips. Acne is the result of pollution exposure of skin, fast food, stress and hormonal imbalances. Usually oily skin persons get pimples and acne very easily. Acne can come at any age, but adolescent group people are more easily prone to acne.

Now let’s see what is the home remedy method practiced to get rid of acne. 



Honey has natural antibiotic and antimicrobial properties that help in treating acne effectively. Prefer organic honey in treating acne. Take little honey in a cotton swab and apply it directly on the acne and allow it to remain on skin for 45 minutes, then wash your skin with Luke warm water and allow it to dry. Repeat this process continuously in the next day and see the results. Do it continuously to get desired result of acne free skin. The other way to use honey is by taking little cinnamon powder along with honey, mix together and applies on the acne region. Then wash your skin with warm water.



Garlic has excellent antimicrobial, anti fungal, anti- bacterial and antioxidant property that is enriched with sulphur, helps in healing acne from skin effectively. Cut the garlic into pieces and rub it on the acne and pimples. Let the garlic juice remain on skin for 5-10 minutes. Then wash your skin with Luke warm water. Continue the same process for routinely, to get good results.

White Toothpaste


Plain tooth paste has good effects in treating pimples away. Just take ice cubes and wrap in a cotton cloth, now gently cleanse your skin and then apply plain tooth paste on the pimple region and allow it to stay overnight and then wash your wash with warm water in the morning. On doing it regularly it will diminish your pimples and gives a pimple free skin. 



Ice is excellent remedy used to treat pimples. It helps to reduce the swelling, redness due to pimples and inflammation. Overall it helps to improve circulation of blood in that region and it removes the dirt and oil from the skin, also helps out in tightening of the skin pores. Take crushed ice cubes and wrap it on a piece of cotton cloth and touch of the affected region. Continue this action frequently to get benefits.

Apple cider vinegar


This apple cider vinegar has the property to balance the pH level of skin, also helps in clearing of excess oil from skin. Take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a bowl, to it add 2 teaspoon of water and mix well nicely. Now take cotton and dip on this mixture and then apply on the acne region and allow it to remain for 20 minutes. Then wash your skin with Luke warm water. It has good proven results in treating acne effectively.



Lemon is excellent source of vitamin-c. This lemon helps in reducing the swelling and inflammation that is because of acne. Lemon helps in dead skin cells removal. Just take a bowl to it add lemon juice and add honey, mix well then apply this mixture on the acne. Let it stay on skin for half an hour and then wash your skin with water.



Papaya is one of the nature’s gifts. It contains lots of nutrients that supple the skin. The papain enzyme present in skin helps in reducing the inflammation and also helps in preventing the pus formation on the affected region. Take raw papaya and nicely mash well and now apply this papaya fruit pulp directly on the skin, let it remain for twenty minutes, then wash your face with Luke warm water and apply moisturizer. Do this process twice a week to get best results.

Egg whites


Egg whites are excellent source of protein, folic acid, vitamin k and these egg whites helps in cleansing your face, and also it removes the dead skin cells and thus helps out in rebuilding of skin cells. Take only egg white, nice beat it and you will get fluffy texture in egg whites, which are well beaten. Now apply it on your skin with a face brush evenly. Then wash your skin with Luke warm water. Afterwards apply moisturizer to nourish your skin. Follow this remedy for twice a week to get good results and get rid of acne.

  • Avoid processed foods.
  • Have plenty of fluids in your diet.
  • Have a balanced diet.
  • Avoid the fried food items.
  • Pillow cases need to be changed once in a week.
  • Use chemical free cosmetics.
  • Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Acne free skin is the health benefits of fruits.
  • Never skip your meals.
