It’s testimony to the fact that wars were fought over spices and kingdoms were lost over them.

Spices were recognized as powerful medicine in 2600 Before Christ.

These herbs and spices are not for adding interest to our plates and palates, but they also help in boosting health in different ways!

  • Dried part of the plant is often referred as spice

Spices can be buds – Cloves (Laung/lavang)
