1.Take a kadai or pressure cooker, to it add oil, fennel seeds, onion, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, tomato, spinach, mushroom and finally add chicken, nicely fry all this ingredients together, you need to add these ingredients in the given order one by one and sauté well, until to get a good aroma of the fried ingredient.
2.After adding chicken stir well for few minutes so that the flesh of chicken turns white in colour and the chicken becomes little tender too. Then add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder and water. Allow to boil the mixture well, do not add too much water to the mixture, since chicken flesh gives good moisture and the water present in it itself helps to cook partial cooking of the dish.
