When you have more fruits, but don’t have time to eat all at a time just blend it and make a healthy breakfast smoothie recipes. That not only gives you the taste but also gives you benefits of more than a fruit in each and every scoop.

so here I am going to share one of my recipe that gives you Taste and Health both.

Let’s have a look at the INGREDIENTS that we need to make this SMOOTHIE or you can say FRUITY PASTE.

  • Banana – 1 medium sized
  • Apple – 1 small
  • Chopped Paneer – 1/2
  • Raw Tender Sweet corn- handful
  • Organic Honey- 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder- 1 teaspoon

For Topping-

  • Banana
  • Grate Paneer
  • Slice of an Apple


  • To make a Healthy Smoothie bowl all you need to take all the above ingredients in a blender and just blend it to a smooth paste. That’s it all.
  • Take out this pretty paste into the bowl. Add the toppings and enjoy it.
  • You can add Nuts also to make it crunchy and more interesting.

Taste you will get after eating it for sure, now the question is HOW THIS SIMPLE EASY SMOOTHIE IS HEALTHY??

To get the answer let’s see what we are getting from all the ingredients that we are added to our Smoothie bowl.
