Loosing weight is not a temporary thing but this has to be worked on for life.

I have seen people focussing on diets with extremely weird dietary routine.

They eat food which has absolutely no taste and feel great about dieting!

I have a better way if you want to diet !

In summers, anyways the appetite goes down but we cannot compromise with our nutrition at the same time so try including these interesting smoothies in your daily routine!

Give your taste buds an exciting treat!

(1) Orange smoothie

This juice gives you 129 calories per day.

Ingredients :

  • 2 peeled oranges (Seasonal fruit)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of organic or manuka honey
  • 1/4 cup of unflavoured greek yogurt or homemade curd
  • 1/4 cup of almond or soy or cashew milk
  • Ice cubes (Only if you like your meal to be chilled)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnishing

Method :

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender except ice cubes
  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Add ice cubes if needed
  • Serve the smoothie in the glass and add fresh mint leaves (Pudina) for garnishing.

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds (Its different from sabja)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of pineapple pieces
  • 1  tbsp of grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup of unflavoured greek yogurt or homemade curd

Method :

  • Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight and watch it bloom
  • Once the seeds bloom, add pineapple pieces, unflavoured greek yogurt or homemade curd.
  • Add all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend all the ingredients together
  • Add ice cubes if needed.
  • Garnish it with grated coconut

(3) Fruit smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries ( if strawberries are not in season then you can use grapes as well)
  • 1 cup of chopped banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk depending upon your choices
  • 1 cup of raw spinach but you can thaw it as well depending upon how you want to add spinach to your routine
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

  • 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter
